Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password? Get a reset link by email and choose a new one.
If you can’t remember your password, you can choose a new one. We email you a link, you click it, and you pick a new password. It takes a couple of minutes.
You start from the Forgot your password? page, or click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
Still signed in and just want a different password? Change it in My Account instead.
Quick start (5 minutes)
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Type your Email and click Send reset link.
- Open the email from Orsa and click the reset link.
- Type a new password in New Password and again in Confirm Password.
- Click Reset Password.
- Sign in with your new password.
Requesting a reset link
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password?, just above the password box.
- Type the Email you signed up with, like “sarah@youragency.com”.
- Click Send reset link.
- You’ll see “We’ve sent a password reset link to” followed by your email.
The email’s subject starts with “Orsa -”. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. To send it again, click try again in the green box and repeat the steps.
Click Back to login to return to the sign-in page.
Choosing your new password
- Open the reset email and click the link. It opens the Reset your password page.
- Type your new password in New Password.
- Type it again in Confirm Password.
- Watch the checklist under the boxes. Each line turns green when it’s met:
- Contains a number: at least one number.
- At least 8 characters.
- Contains a special character (like ! - _ or @): any character that isn’t a letter, a number or a space.
- Passwords match.
- Click Reset Password. The button says Please fill all fields until every line is green.
- You’re signed in and taken to your Home page. If your email isn’t verified yet, you’ll see Your password has been reset. with a Log in link instead.
Example: “Bakery#2026!” passes all four checks. “bakery2026” doesn’t, because it has no special character.
Each reset link works once. It also expires after 3 days. If yours has expired, request a new one.
Tips for the best results
- Use the newest email. If you asked for several links, only use the link in the most recent email.
- Pick something long and unusual. Very common passwords, passwords that look like your name or email, and passwords made only of numbers are rejected.
- Use a password manager. Save the new password straight away so you don’t need to reset it again.
