How to use it

  1. Choose an image or drop it on the page. JPG, PNG and WebP work everywhere; HEIC works where your browser can open it, such as Safari.
  2. Pick a format. The frame takes that shape, and the image fills it.
  3. Drag to move the image and use the zoom slider to tighten the crop. On a keyboard, focus the frame and use the arrow keys, + and −.
  4. Choose JPG or PNG and download. The file is exactly the size shown, named after your image and the format.

Tips

  • Use JPG for photos and PNG for graphics with text, logos or flat color. A JPG quality of 80 to 90 is usually enough.
  • If you see the enlargement warning, zoom out or start from a bigger image. Enlarged images look soft once a platform compresses them.
  • For Stories, Reels and the YouTube banner, turn on the safe zone and keep text inside it so captions, buttons and smaller screens don’t cover it.
  • “Export all formats” saves each size for one platform, one file at a time. Formats you haven’t adjusted are centered on the same point as the one you’re looking at.

Privacy

The image is read, cropped and saved by your browser. It is never uploaded, and the tool makes no network requests with it. Closing the tab clears it.
