Introducing Orsa
Orsa is one place for all your content, built by content creators. Find what to post, make it on brand, get the owner's yes, publish and see what worked.
The Orsa Team
We make content for clients every day. We run OurSocial, a social media and web design agency, and our days probably look a lot like yours.
The idea lived in one place, the draft in another and the feedback somewhere else again. The brand slowly drifted from post to post, because the colors, the voice and the rules lived in someone’s head. We chased approvals. Once something went out, it was hard to say whether it worked, let alone which part of the plan it came from.
So we built the one place we wanted to work in. It’s called Orsa, and today we’re opening it up.
One place for all your content
Orsa is a content creation app, built by content creators to make content easy, affordable and effective.
Everything in it sits around one brand record. You set it up from your website and Google listing: your voice, colors, fonts, audiences, content pillars, products and the Playbook rules you want every piece to follow. From then on, every editor and Orsa AI read it. Nobody has to re-explain the brand, and first drafts start on brand.
Six steps, one loop
Orsa follows the work from the first idea to the results. To make it concrete, picture Lark & Loaf, the neighborhood bakery we use as a sample brand across the site.
- Find. Discover shows what’s breaking out for competitors and in your niche, measured against each account’s own normal. Lark & Loaf sees a nearby bakery’s first-batch reel doing well above its usual numbers.
- Plan. One ideas board and calendar, tied to your content pillars. That reel becomes an idea under the Seasonal menu pillar, with the source attached.
- Create. Designs, documents, video scripts, blogs and emails, all on one brand kit. The idea holds the real carousel, made in the design editor with the bakery’s colors and fonts already loaded.
- Approve. The Quality Gate checks each piece against your Playbook and kit first, then the owner signs off from one review inbox.
- Publish. Schedule to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube from the design’s Publish tab, so the design you approved is the one that goes out.
- Measure. Analyze reports performance by pillar and by design, not just by post, so the next round of finding and planning starts from what worked.
Then it goes back to Find. You can read more about each step on the Discover, Organize, Create, Publish and Analyze pages.
Orsa AI drafts. You approve.
Orsa AI is the assistant inside Orsa. It already knows your brand: your voice, Playbook, memory, pillars, audiences and strategy. You ask it in plain words.
It suggests content ideas tied to your pillars and your own results. It drafts video scripts, documents, marketing emails and designs, inside each editor or from the main chat. It looks things up, like your top posts or your Google reviews, and links to its sources. AI Design and AI Blog are both in beta, and they’re labelled that way in the app.
The part we care about most is how it acts. Every action Orsa AI proposes is a card a person approves. It can’t publish, schedule, delete or change your brand setup. Nothing goes out without a person. More on that on the Orsa AI page.
Working together
Content is rarely one person’s job, even on a small team, so review is built into every editor.
- Comments and @mentions on every piece, with reactions, voice notes and resolve.
- Approvals with default approvers per content type, and one inbox for everything waiting on you.
- Share links so an owner can leave comments without an account.
- Real-time editing on designs, documents and boards, with live cursors and presence avatars, on the Teams plan.
Who it’s for
We built Orsa for the small team behind a business’s content: usually one to three people, with an owner or manager who signs off on anything public. A bakery, a clinic, a salon, a gym.
It works just as well if you’re a creator or a freelancer who is the designer, the writer and the scheduler all at once. See the creators page for how that looks.
Pricing
Orsa is $29 a brand, with every feature on every plan, and Teams is $39 for three people. The details are on the pricing page.
Early access
We’re letting teams in in small batches, so we can listen closely and fix what gets in the way.
We built Orsa because we needed it ourselves. We hope it makes your content easier too, and we’d love to hear what you make with it.
